Jeffrey L. Binder, Ph.D.

Philosophy of Psychotherapy:

"In psychotherapy we will work together to understand the causes of your problems, whether they involve uncomfortable feelings, traumas, or relationships.  Our goal will be to help you develop, or to discover within yourself, the knowledge and skills required to manage and resolve your problems.  Together we will focus on your achieving a more satisfying and healthy quality of life."
