Philosophy of Psychotherapy:
"I often focus on solutions in the here and now with an emphasis on
strategies for self responsibility and self awareness. I value
helping
the client to examine patterns in their history or relationships which
can be changed or which may influence their present situation. I
try to assist people to identify
and reduce barriers to their health and enjoyment of their personal
relationships, or school and professional lives."
Fee information:
For self-paying clients, I will negotiate fees based on your individual
situation & availability of reduced fee openings.
