Philosophy of Psychotherapy:
"I often focus on solutions in the here and now with an emphasis on strategies for self responsibility and self awareness.  I value helping the client to examine patterns in their history or relationships which can be changed or which may influence their present situation.  I try to assist people to identify and reduce barriers to their health and enjoyment of their personal relationships, or school and professional lives."

For self-paying clients, I will negotiate fees based on your individual situation & availability of reduced fee openings.

Background Experience: I like working with people in life transitions- older adolescents, pre-marriage, couple's child issues, dual career couples, divorce issues, long term marriages, intimacy, anxiety, and depression.  I am in my second marriage of 20 years and have two (almost) grown daughters.
