Bob Fredrick, LCSW, BCD

Philosophy of Psychotherapy:

"People seek therapy when something seems not right with their life, and they want to change-but change is difficult.  My role is to listen and help the client listen to him/herself.  Often it is difficult to hear our inner voice because of the demands made on us by family, work, and society.  Many of us have been "trained" not to hear ourselves.  Therapy provides a way of listening to one's self- a way to break out of old patterns that can be self-defeating."
