Philosophy of Psychotherapy:
"As an active and empathic therapist, I partner with clients to help them find individual and couple solutions to their problems. Therapy is a safe environment, where we work toward maximizing strengths, teach new skills, and help clients find positive reactions to current and old issues. My goal is to remove stumbling blocks and allow each client to grow towards a happier and healthier self." 
 

Fee information:
For self-paying clients, I will negotiate fees based on your individual situation and availability of reduced fee openings.

  • Marital and pre-marital counseling including using the Enrich/Prepare Inventory and PREP program for communication skills
  • Helping individuals with everyday concerns of self-esteem, relationship, stress, and loss
  • Treatment of  emotional problems of depression and anxiety
  • Providing Employee Assistance services to business

  • LCSW-Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • BCD-Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work

  • BS, University of Wisconsin, Madison WI
  • MSW, Hunter College, School of Social Work 
Background Experience: over 20 years experience with pre-marital couples, couples, individuals and communication skill building techniques
