Philosophy of Psychotherapy:
"As an active and empathic therapist, I partner with clients to help them find individual and couple solutions to their problems. In a safe environment, I work towards maximizing individual and couples' strengths, while helping each to learn new skills.  These new skills will enable clients to remove stumbling blocks and allow each to grow towards a healthier and happier self." 
 

Fee information:
For self-paying clients, I will negotiate fees based on your individual situation and availability of reduced fee openings.

  • Marital and pre-marital counseling including using the Enrich/Prepare Inventory and PREP program for communication skills
  • Helping individuals with everyday concerns of self-esteem, relationship, stress, and loss
  • Treatment of  emotional problems of depression and anxiety
  • Providing Employee Assistance services to business

  • LCSW-Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • BCD-Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work

  • BS, University of Wisconsin, Madison WI
  • MSW, Hunter College, School of Social Work 
Background Experience: over 20 years experience with pre-marital couples, couples, individuals and communication skill building techniques
