Annemarie Jeffries, PsyD

Philosophy of Psychotherapy:

"I believe in people.  We have remarkable strengths and tremendous capacity for growth.  Yet, we often have difficulty bringing these parts of ourselves to life when we are stuck and in pain.  I aim to cultivate an authentically safe and compassionate relationship with each of my clients.  Together, we nurture their existing strengths and help them develop new self-resources so they are able to let go of unhelpful tendencies and build more balanced ways of coping."
