Problem solving in the here-and-now is the central focus of behavioral
and cognitive-behavioral counseling. While peak functioning may
take time, my focus is quick strategies for maximum improvement and
pain reduction, whenever possible. I offer guided self-help to
improve relationships and increase quality of life, 12-step after-care
and family care, and mainstream Judaeo-Christian faith-based
counseling, when asked. You may laugh at trouble, or cry.
