Philosophy of Psychotherapy:
"I approach psychotherapy as a process of collaberation between clients and therapist which empowers clients to increase self-understanding, to develop more satisfying relationships, and to find workable solutions to life's challenges and problems.  Therapy provides a safe, confidential, nurturing environment in which to discover new strengths, resolve old pain, grow toward greater wholeness, and commit oneself  to change.  It provides opportunites to explore and utilize the interaction of mind, body, and spirit to increase well-being.
